Wiper W30

DESCRIPTION

Single acting wiper with static sealing lip on the outside diameter against the intrusion of dirt. Dynamic sealing lip on the inside diameter is longer than the static one and for that is more flexible to pick-up the misalignment of the rod.

Wiper W30 has significant advantages over others, outstanding scraping properties for sharp sticky particles and good prevention of hard deposits on the bar. High mechanical properties, good resistance to media and extreme wear resistance.

W30 wipers are made from a polyamide with MoS2 aditive and more properly referred to as scrapers. The tough material is great for removing slag and other harmful contaminants from the rod such as ice, concrete, cements, dirth, sand and swarf into dynamic rod guidance. It should always be used in combination with an elastomer wiper.
