Wiper W23

DESCRIPTION

Wiper W23 is an single acting wiper with U-ring incorporated for closed groove instalation. Sealing lips on U-ring side has function as regular U ring and rounded sealing edge on wiper lip leaves residual oil film on the retracting rod and improve service life.

OPERATING CONDITIONS

 Hydraulic oils: HL, HLP -30 do 110˚C
HFA, HFB fluids +5 do +50˚C
HFC fluids -30 do +40˚C
HFD fluids –
Water +5 do +50˚C
Mineral greases -30 do +110˚C
Running speed v 2 m/s
Pressure, max 1.6 MPa

The maximum values are given in the table and they must not be applied simultaneously.

Lead-in chamfer
